Me looking especially broody while waiting for a fight at the fighter auction at Rowany festival this Easter. I went for surprisingly high and died valiantly for my step fathers’ honour, who would not let himself be outbid by someone who wanted a lady fighting for them.
My kit is finally all together! I’m amazed I look so serious in this photo, I’m usually grinning like a lunatic and chatting to everyone in between fights.
PS, I am all the sweaty!
someone asked me about what Nimona’s hair would look like IRL and then someone else linked me to this post and ummm
So psyched to be in the Lady Knights//Women Warriors zine, all the contributions look RAD. Thanks to Abby, Julia, and Roxie for putting it all together—they’ll be selling at MoCCA!
I’ve always had a thing for mysterious heroes, and my recent love affair with motorcycle ladies continues. (this one is a bosozoku bike!) When I was asked to be in the zine, I was already thinking about making a book of my own women warriors…I’m even more excited now, so we’ll see!
Exactly what it says on the tin but more safe for work than I'd like it to be.
The compulsive rebloggings and random thoughts of a queer, intersex, feminist, filthy-minded, post-college fandom nerd and seamstress in Chicago.
Body, sex work, asexual, queer, genderqueer, poly, dis/ability, chronic illness, etc etc friendly and rather vulgar.
